How to Prepare for Your Tattoo Session
The Week Before:
Stay hydrated—healthy skin absorbs ink better.
Moisturize the area daily (but don’t overdo it).
Get plenty of sleep—rested bodies handle pain better.
Avoid sunburn—damaged skin cannot be tattooed.
If you’re sick, let us know ASAP.
The Night Before:
Avoid alcohol and drugs—they thin your blood and affect healing.
Eat a full meal before sleeping to keep your energy up.
Get a good night’s rest!
On The Day Of Your Tattoo:
Eat a solid meal at least 1-2 hours before your session.
Bring snacks & drinks (water, juice, light snacks).
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area.
Avoid excessive caffeine—it can make you more sensitive to pain.
Bring entertainment (headphones, a book, or music).
Arrive on time—late arrivals may result in forfeiting your deposit.
